We source our lenses directly from manufacturers and we buy them in bulk orders. This enables us to make savings in two ways: firstly we cut out at least two middlemen by buying direct and secondly we get additional discounts by buying in bulk and this also economizes things like shipping costs.
Let us know and we either replace the lens for free (if we are able to obtain a single lens from our supplier) or we will refund you the value of that lens, whatever is the most workable for you & us.
Delivery will be 30 days from date of order, or possibly a day or two earlier. We only use NZ Post (formerly Courierpost) for our deliveries. Delivery is to New Zealand addresses only, we cannot deliver outside NZ. Delivery cost is $3.95 regardless of order size or value. We use NZ Post’s non-signature required services which means the item will always be delivered to the address even if no one is personally there to collect it. PO Boxes can be used for delivery addresses. RD (rural) deliveries will take 2-3 days longer.
No unfortunately you are unable to get your order delivered quicker than 30 days as we need this time to maximise our cost saving options and bring you cheap contact lenses. Even if you offered to pay more this won’t make any difference. If you want lenses quicker, we encourage you to check out our sister website www.ezyvision.co.nz where you can get your lenses much quicker & still great prices.
Yes you can however it will cost you a $20 cancellation & restocking fee which covers the costs we incur in pushing your cancellation up the line to our suppliers etc. We will refund you your order value less the $20 fee back to your credit card.
Yes we charge a flat shipping fee of $3.95 regardless of the order size or value.
We use NZ Post (formerly Courierpost) for all deliveries. All deliveries are non-signature which means the courier will leave the parcel at your address even if there is no one home to personally receive it. You will get a tracking number for your shipment emailed to you when your order ships so you can track it yourself during transit. Deliveries are to NZ only addresses and there is a flat fee of $3.95 for all orders regardless of size or value.

We source the highest quality lenses we can and also ensure we cover the most common prescriptions. If there is a minor difference for something like the BC (base curve) or diameter, provided the difference isn’t more than 0.03 it’s highly unlikely you will ever notice the difference.
If you decide to buy lenses off us and despite everything they do not give you a satisfactory result, then we are not satisfied either! 3pm Monday to Friday is our usual cut-off for same day shipping. We can stretch it slightly if requested but best to allow for this. Usually they will be delivered overnight but we are at the mercy of NZ Post so once it has shipped from us it is beyond our control.
