Who we are

Our website address is: https://freedomlenses.com.au. This is a trading name of Ezylens Limited, a New Zealand registered private company based in Kerikeri, New Zealand.

We keep your information safe by storing it in fully encrypted files & physically secured servers and only authorised staff members have ability to access it .We keep your information for seven years, which coincides with our statutory tax filing requirements, beyond the point of a customers last order or interaction with us at which point we securely destroy it by digitally erasing all personal data in a manner that cannot be re-retrieved.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
