Refund and Returns Policy

We understand completely that when you buy contact lenses from Freedom Lenses, especially for the first time that you are taking a calculated risk that they are going to work for you. But if they don’t… you really don’t want to find out after trying to save money on contact lenses that you’ve achieved exactly the opposite – and now you’re out of pocket and got some useless lenses! Don’t worry we’ve thought this through!

You may return any products, whether they have been opened and partially used, or whether they are still new & unopened back to us within 30 calendar days of the date of delivery for a full refund including any shipping costs that you paid for, and we’ll also cover the cost of returning the products back to us by way of sending you a prepaid return label to print and attach to the package.

You do not need to provide us a reason for your return unless you want to. We certainly won’t make it difficult for you and we definitely won’t make you feel bad for doing so!

If the reason for the return is as a result of a fault by Freedom Lenses, such as incorrectly supplied products or faulty products, then the 30 day deadline does not apply and a return & full refund or replacement will be accepted anytime.


Refunds will be paid back to the credit card that was used to purchase the products. You do not need to provide credit card details again to us for the refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Your refund will be processed within three business days. Depending on our/your bank, the funds may take 2-3 days to appear back on your credit card once we have made the refund so please allow for this.


We are happy to exchange products within the same brand within 30 days of the delivery date. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first at We can cover the shipping costs associated with the exchange by way of sending you a prepaid return label to print and attach to the package.
