Any order and subsequent purchase of goods (as defined below) or services from Freedom Lenses shall be governed by the following terms and conditions.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions made with Ezylens Limited trading as Freedom Lenses. This includes orders placed online or by email, phone, fax, post or by any other means. Freedom Lenses reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
You acknowledge and agree that all information supplied to us is true and accurate. Freedom Lenses takes no responsibility for any consequences if false, misleading or incorrect information is supplied to us.
All products are sold in good faith to the purchaser. By placing your order and using the products supplied, you agree that Freedom Lenses, its owners or employees will not be held liable should any problems occur as a result of using these products.
For all orders of contact lenses, you agree that you are only purchasing contact lenses for which you have been prescribed by your Eyecare Professional, and for which you have a valid prescription. Freedom Lenses reserves the right to request a copy of your prescription before supplying contact lenses.
30 Days, 100% Full Money Back Return & Refund Policy
You can return any product to us within 30 days from date of delivery if you are not 100% satisfied with the product for a prompt and courteous full refund of your entire purchase price. Full details of our returns and refunds policy can be found here
Payment must be made in full before goods are shipped. If paying by credit card, the transaction will occur at the time the order is placed irrespective of when the products ordered are shipped. Where product must be ordered from our suppliers, this will result in the payment being made a few days before the product is received. All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).
We cannot guarantee that we will not make a mistake and misprice an item inadvertently. If this is the case, Freedom Lenses will notify you of the error. You will then have the choice to either accept the correct price or to cancel your Order. Freedom Lenses will appear on your cardholder statements for any transactions through this website.
Delivery of orders placed via the website to any address within Australia is $3.95 for any order size.
If you have a faulty product, email us at email@example.com You can get either a replacement lens sent (this is subject to our ability to obtain a replacement lens in your brand and prescription), or we can issue you with a credit to be held against a future order to the value of the faulty product. We do not provide cash refunds. You do not need to return the faulty product to us, and most importantly, you don’t need to feel bad about contacting us! These things happen.
Some promotions and giveaways are limited to one item or instance per customer. This includes when the same customer has multiple accounts. If an individual customer has multiple accounts, the promotional code will only be applicable for use on one account. In the event that possible fraudulent use of a promotion or promotional code, we reserve the right to request additional information including but not limited to: identification, proof of address and proof of prescription. Failure to provide requested information may result in the refusal to allow or supply product or a promotion at the discretion of Freedom Lenses.
Use of Promotional Codes
Only one promotional code can be used or redeemed per order. Our website will automatically disallow the use of more than one promotional code per order and our staff are unable to override this.
